Regis headlines Bump! Muzik Festival

Bump! Muzik Festival returns for its second edition later this month.

The gathering that tags itself as "the best leftfield electronic music festival in Ireland" kept things intimate with last year's debut, opting for a limited 600-person capacity affair. This year Bump! will expand and relocate to banks of the Shannon River, with a lineup featuring a number of techno luminaries. Karl O'Connor, AKA
Regis, is one of the most highly regarded forces within UK techno, both for his essential role in Sandwell District and the influential Downwards label, which he co-founded in 1993. His headline slot will be complemented by sets from Perc and Stroboscopic Artefacts'Inigo Kennedy. Drum & bass' next big thing, Stray, will also be a big draw, and the rest of the weekend will see a host of Irish DJs rounding out the schedule.
