Friday November 18th sees the launch of a brand new House night and a breath of fresh air to the House scene in Dublin,Houseworx comprises of two of Dublins most established House Djs Jon Nolan and Dane two Djs with a real passion for the music and on Nov 18th we are delighted to be joined on the night by none other than top international Dj and Producer JAY KAY(Belfast) to celebrate with us the launch of HOUSEWORX, it's been a year and a half since Jay Kay played in Dublin and he has told us he can't wait to get back and rock it in the newly refurbished Industry Club (The Mezz), with one of the best sound systems in Dublin and a brand new state of the art lighting rig. Jens L. is a DJ from Pforzheim, Germany, playing you house, techhouse, electro house and tech. Jens L. or Jens Löser beheld on05.08.1978 in Berlin, Germany, the light of the world. At an early age he felt the love of music, so he started at the age of 10 to record and mix music. In the 90's his passion was for electronic music. At first he liked techno and trance and a bit of hardcore, this then developed over the years into the genre of House music. Jens L. lived in Berlin until 2007, where he hung around mostly at private parties and in small cafes and bars. Jens L. then moved to Pforzheim where he further developed his love for music. In Pforzheim, and is currently building a name for himself in the scene around Pforzheim.

Loose Village made his release debut on Anabatic, the label of San Francisco based Worthy. The release entitled 'Kamuela Mandela EP' garnished worldwide recognition and received play from artists such as X-Press 2, Mark Knight & Karotte.

His release 'Loose Dubs 01 EP' on Taylor Made Recordings contains the tracks 'Cantina Loco' and 'Gran Torino'. 'Cantina Loco' is a groovy, mainroom trumpet cut, while 'Gran Torino' is a more uptempo, driving track perfect for the afterhours!

Continental Frequency is a new project launched by Scotland's Digital Love Resident DJ Stu Isles. Bringing together a host of DJ's from different countries Stu's aim is to throw event's like no other in his local area. Stu has made numerous guest appearances for club night's around the North East of Scotland taking him from Nightclub's to Castles & tent's, he can usually be found spinning the deck's around a variety of venue's in Aberdeen alongside fellow Resident DJ's AITCHIE, LOCA & GAZ SULLIVAN including appearances by established Guest DJ's. With apperances at Scotland's Rockness Festival and the world famous Ministry of Sound in London under his belt he's certainly one to look out for, expect to hear some releases from him over the next year.

The last 12 months have seen a collection of highly acclaimed productions, combined with his live sets push Dibby Dougherty to be one of Ireland's most exciting and ground breaking young talents to cause a stir in the global dance music scene in recent years.

Describing his production technique as "Energetic and twisted, but alive with emotion" - his distinct creations have been picked up by respected labels such as Bedrock, Parquet, Audio Therapy & Global Underground. These releases have seen him grow huge support from the likes of John Digweed, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Funk D'Void and numerous others.

To say that 2011 has been an incredible year already for this young man would be quite an understatement. Having already released his critically acclaimed debut mix album 'Exploring:Ireland' on Baroque Records earlier in the year, there is an ever increasing list of singles and remixes due for release in the coming months, all of which feature his new production partner and good friend David Young. The last few months have seen these two lock themselves away in the studio and put in some severe hours honing their innovative style together. Their unique productions and re-edits have been charted by many DJ's including Sasha and have been played by DJ's worldwide including James Zabiela, Nick Warren, Max Cooper, Marc Marzenit & Henry Saiz. Their ideas have evolved to see the boys create their own live show under the pseudonym 'DhARMA' which involves them morphing their personal sounds and editing tracks live.

Ireland’s quickest-rising young Reuben Keeney is amongst the leaders of this band of young DJ’s and producers. Having brought 2009 to a close with the accolade of ‘Best New Artist’ in the Irish Dance Music Awards, not to mention being approached by the likes of Mauro Picotto and Steve Mac to add more remixes to his already massive repetoire.

Producing for labels such as Toolroom Records, and CR2, as well as DJ’ing alongside the créme de la créme of house and techno heavyweights such as Dave Clarke, Paul Woolford and Roger Sanchez, one would be shocked to learn that this electronic music youngster is still in his teens.

Despite this, the likes of Sasha, Carl Cox, Slam, Paolo Mojo and Luciano are falling over themselves to support to Reuben’s records with open arms, not to mention the clubbing mainstream welcoming the hits, with superstars David Guetta, Laidback Luke and Paul Van Dyk giving his records more than a few spins.

What’s next though? Now managed by Nic Fanciulli’s Club Class brand, and with the demand for Reuben’s music peaking, one can only imagine what the boy from a sleepy little Irish town will throw up to the electronic music scene next…

Dee Kuul is DJ and producer Dave Curran from Belfast, Ireland. Having migrated to Thailand in August 2007, Dee has taken his own brand of energetic dance music to the nightclubs of S.E. Asia. Using a wide range of the latest DJ software alongside an array of hardware including dedicated controllers, keyboards and mixers, his sets are highly infectious, combining tracks, samples, loops and effects to create a truly unique performance.

Regis headlines Bump! Muzik Festival

Bump! Muzik Festival returns for its second edition later this month.

The gathering that tags itself as "the best leftfield electronic music festival in Ireland" kept things intimate with last year's debut, opting for a limited 600-person capacity affair. This year Bump! will expand and relocate to banks of the Shannon River, with a lineup featuring a number of techno luminaries. Karl O'Connor, AKA Regis, is one of the most highly regarded forces within UK techno, both for his essential role in Sandwell District and the influential Downwards label, which he co-founded in 1993. His headline slot will be complemented by sets from Perc and Stroboscopic Artefacts'Inigo Kennedy. Drum & bass' next big thing, Stray, will also be a big draw, and the rest of the weekend will see a host of Irish DJs rounding out the schedule.

Subject celebrates its fourth Birthday with a double celebration over two nights at The Twisted Pepper in Dublin this month. The first, on Saturday July 23rd, sees co-producer of Freerange Records and Subject favourite Jimpster head the bill alongside techno traditionalist Luke Slater of Ostgut Ton and Mote-Evolver, while Detroit based Theo Parrish headlines part two on the following Bank Holiday Sunday, July 31st. Parrish debuts for the promoter and follows in the footsteps of a range of international DJs who have played the club night over the past four years, including Marco Carola, Magda and Prosumer. Sunil Sharpe and Niall Cleary as well as Dogs Live offer support on part one of the birthday bash; Jon Hussey and Connor L feature on the bill for round two. DJs from the city's Galactic Beat Club will also be on the decks both evenings.

1Life was founded in 2009 - a collaborative venture between two Irish charities, Console (www.console.ie) and The 3T's (www.3ts.ie).

They help provide a Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Bereavement Support Service in Ireland. Console has developed into a National Organisation supporting people in Suicidal Crisis and those Bereaved by Suicide through Professional Counselling, Support and Helpline Services within the Community.

Headlining the main room is Dublin dance music legend Mark Kavanagh with support from Alan Pullen , Pierce Rooney , Ken Tobin & (Banana Boy) Ken o Flanagan.

Dave Ormonde has been DJing for more than 13 years. He started off DJing after being out in the club scene in Dublin and his growing love for this music has evolved since then. Dave Ormonde is a self thought DJ after buying his first set of decks in 1998 he thought himself to mix on a fairly baisic mixer and 2 decks. His mixes since then have evolved from straight beatmatching to melodic mixing and has progressed into harmonic mixing. His mixes consist of mainly classic dance from the 90s, although there is always somthing new if it fits in. He has a acute taste & knowledge of music from this era from spending most of his spair time flicking through & listening to 1000s of tracks in record stores in Dublin, England, and Europe. He has been known for his epic 6 - 8 hour sets when the mood takes him, his mixes are unplaned and unpredicable. He is now getting a small following through the Facebook group Transcend Dublin which he broadcasts from weekly, after receiveing great feedback from listeners in Ireland and abroad he now wants to branch out and reach more listeners. Tony has been dj'ing for over 10 years now and has held residencies at Red Box (Tripod) and Mono (The Village) where he played alongside John Digweed, Nick Warren, Omid 16B, CJ Macintosh & Yousef.

He was a 2fm late night sessions resident and presented the popular "Elements" radio show on Dublin's Nova 94.7 FM for 7 years until its closure.

He currently presents an alternative electronic show called “Laze” on playfmdublin every Monday night with Aidan Weldon.

Recently he’s guested at gigs for Oh Baby, Pentagon, Electroshock, Deep South, Dig Deep as well as the DIBH tent at Life Festival.

Tony’s musical style can be described as deep, grooving house in all its forms.

Neil Devlin has been DJing for more than 13 years. He started out in his home town of East Kilbride, Scotland and then moved on to Glasgow, Scotland playing gigs over a 10 year spell and is now setup and living in Barcelona, Spain. Defbystereo has recently taken to production side of music and has been creating tracks at his home studio in Barcelona. Trebas Underground Radio is being created for all the talented artists who want to be heard but are not being heard. With the help of all Independent artists, their fans and friends we can spread the word of this movement and have a large listener ship that will benefit the artists and our city/country/world.

Toronto NEEDS an underground scene since most artists are not being played on commercial radio. Lets show the world that Toronto and Canada can make real music.
